Pikachu has never evolved into Raichu because Ash's Pikachu in the Pokémon animated series chose not to evolve. This decision was made to showcase Pikachu's strong bond with Ash and to maintain Pikachu's iconic status as the mascot of the Pokémon franchise. Additionally, Pikachu's popularity and recognition as a standalone character have contributed to the decision to keep it in its unevolved form. **

Raichu and Pikachu are both Electric-type Pokémon, but they differ in their appearance and stats. Raichu is the evolved form of Pikachu, and it has a more robust and muscular body compared to Pikachu's smaller and cuter appearance. In terms of stats, Raichu generally has higher base stats in Attack, Special Attack, and Speed compared to Pikachu. Additionally, Raichu can learn different moves and has a different ability compared to Pikachu. **

Both Alola-Raichu and Kanto-Raichu have their own unique strengths and weaknesses. Alola-Raichu has the Electric/Psychic typing, giving it access to a wider movepool and the ability to hit different types of Pokémon effectively. Kanto-Raichu, on the other hand, has the Electric type, making it more focused and powerful in its attacks. Ultimately, the decision between the two Raichu forms depends on your team composition and the specific role you want Raichu to play in battles. **

Whether or not you should evolve your Pikachu into a Raichu in FireRed depends on your personal preference and playstyle. Evolving Pikachu into Raichu will give it higher stats and access to more powerful moves, making it a stronger battler overall. However, some players may prefer to keep Pikachu for its iconic status and sentimental value. Consider your priorities in the game and decide whether you value Pikachu's strength or its original form more. **

In Ultra Sun, Ninetales gains access to a new Z-Move called Subzero Slammer, which allows it to unleash a powerful Ice-type attack. This gives Ninetales a new option for dealing with opponents and adds to its versatility in battle. Raichu, on the other hand, gains the ability to learn the move Surf through Move Tutors, giving it a strong Water-type attack to use against its opponents. This expands Raichu's movepool and allows it to cover a wider range of threats in battle. **

In Pokémon FireRed, the choice between Raichu and Hitmonlee depends on your team composition and personal preference. Raichu is an Electric-type Pokémon with high Speed and Special Attack stats, making it effective against Water and Flying types. Hitmonlee, on the other hand, is a Fighting-type Pokémon with high Attack and Speed stats, making it strong against Normal, Ice, Rock, and Dark types. When comparing Lapras and Gyarados, both are strong Water-type Pokémon with different strengths. Lapras has high defensive stats and can learn a variety of moves, making it versatile in battles. Gyarados, on the other hand, has high Attack and Speed stats, making it a powerful physical attacker. Ultimately, the choice between Lapras and Gyarados depends on your team's needs and playstyle. **
